Nowadays the market is saturated with different kinds of Clothes and Footwear. When it comes to shopping it’s very often not easy to pick the best one for us. Shoes can bring special confusion.
Most of the people don’t know what to pay attention for while choosing the proper pair for them. It is particularlyimportant when it comes to trainers. During workout your feet need special care.
First of all you should know your feet. No matter if you’ve got Nike 606, Adidas sneaker or sneakers Reebok. If they aren’t properly picked out you’ll suffer or, at least, won’t feel comfortable. The best way is to do a “wet test”- put your foot into the water, step on a piece of paper and trace your footprint. Or just look at where your old pair of shoes expose the most wear.
If your footprint emphasise the entire foot with little or no curve on the inside or if your shoes show the most wear on the inside edge – it means you have got flat feet and tend toward overpronation – what means the feet roll inward. It lead you to seak for a shoe with a motion-control feature and maximum support.
If the footprint shows only a part of your forefoot and heel with a small connection between the two or if your shoes are damaged mostly on the outside edge — you probably have high arches and are liely to underpronate, meaning your feet roll outward. You should seek for a cushioned shoe with a soft midsole.
If your footprint has a distinct curve along the inside and your shoes wear out uniformly it shows normal arch. You are one of the group of people who most of the shoes is designed for. You scan still try to finnd a “stability” shoe, which has the proper mix of cushioning and support.
There also plenty of other tips for example don’t make shoes multitask. Other one is to try the shoes on with your own socks which you are wearing during practicing. You could also always ask for help the shop assistant.
